You will work alongside experienced engineers, product managers, and designers to develop robust solutions while strengthening your technical expertise across the full technology stack. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving challenging problems, learning rapidly, taking ownership, and creating products that have a meaningful impact on the lives of learners. Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development \& Feature Delivery • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). • Build reusable components and modules that enhance application performance and maintainability. • Contribute to feature development while ensuring adherence to established engineering standards. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code by following coding standards and development best practices. • Participate actively in code reviews and implement feedback to improve overall software quality. • Coordinate with team members to ensure the timely delivery of high\-quality software solutions. • Monitor application performance and proactively resolve technical concerns. • Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability. • Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation. • High Ownership Culture \- Take responsibility for meaningful work from the very beginning of your journey.
