* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. * 3\+ years of professional experience with industrial automation, robotics, or electromechanical systems. * Experience with industrial robots (e.g., UR, FANUC, ABB, KUKA) and/or PLC programming and controls system design (Siemens TIA Portal, Studio 5000, or similar). * A strong problem\-solving mindset and genuine comfort with open\-ended technical challenges. * Working experience with: * Python (automation scripts, tools, or system logic) * GitHub (version control and collaboration workflows) * Solid software engineering practices (modular code, debugging, documentation) * AI pipelines to accelerate programming * Hands\-on experience with industrial automation or electromechanical systems. * Comfortable working in Linux\-based environments or embedded/industrial systems. ##### What to Expect in Your Interview * Initial Call * Meet the Team * Case or take\-home interview * Decision \& Offer Key Skills: Machine Learning, Python Salary: eur,
