Job Title: Software Developer Company: Aultum International Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking a detail\-oriented CRM type Automation Builder to design, construct, and maintain scalable automated workflows across our GTM (Go\-To\-Market) systems. In this role, you will eliminate manual operational tasks, streamline lead handling, optimize sales pipelines, and ensure seamless data flow across our tech stack. Key Responsibilities1\. Automation \& Workflow Engineering * Design, build, test, and deploy automated workflows (e.g., lead routing, automated task creation, email sequences, lifecycle stage transitions, deal progression alerts). * Build custom properties, validation rules, lead scoring models, and multi\-branch logic within the primary CRM. * Implement cross\-tool automation using integration middleware (e.g., Zapier, Make, Workato) to bridge gaps between CRM, ERP, support, and marketing platforms. 2\. System Integration \& Management * Connect and maintain third\-party app integrations (e.g., Slack, Mailchimp, Calendly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Stripe/ERP systems). * Monitor API limits, webhook performance, data sync statuses, and error logs across connected applications. * Prevent automation logic loops, system bottlenecks, and workflow collisions through regular maintenance and sandbox testing. * Enforce standardization across contact, deal, and account records through data cleaning workflows and deduplication processes. * Build dynamic lists, custom dashboards, and reports to measure key operational KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, velocity, pipeline health). * Maintain up\-to\-date documentation on custom workflows, system triggers, data mapping schemas, and SOPs. * Provide tier\-2 technical troubleshooting for broken workflows or sync errors reported by sales, marketing, or support teams. Required Qualifications \& Experience * CRM Expertise: 0\-2\+ years of hands\-on experience building automations in major CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics 365\). * Integration Tools: Proven experience with no\-code/low\-code iPaaS solutions like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Workato. * Technical Skills: Basic understanding of webhooks, REST APIs, JSON formatting, and custom object architectures. * Process Orientation: Ability to map out complex end\-to\-end business workflows before translating them into automated trigger\-action logic. * Data Literacy: Familiarity with relational database structures, custom fields, and data management best practices. * Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, APEX, or AMPScript) for complex, custom CRM logic. * Formal CRM certifications (e.g., HubSpot Revenue Operations/Automation Specialist*, Salesforce Certified Process Builder/Administrator*). * Knowledge of web tracking, Google Analytics, or UTM parameter tracking via automated forms.
