Job Title: Social Media Specialist Company: Wishes and Blessings Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: * Manage and regularly update the organisation's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Quora. * Plan and create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, videos, stories and captions. * Develop monthly social media calendars and ensure regular posting across various digital platforms. * Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase awareness, audience engagement and online reach. * Plan, run and monitor paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. * Support digital fundraising campaigns, events and awareness programmes through creative online promotions. * Explore influencer collaborations, online partnerships and other opportunities to increase the organisation's visibility. * Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats and digital marketing strategies. * Coordinate with teams to collect information, photographs, videos and updates from the organisation's programmes and activities. * Provide social media coverage of events and activities. Qualifications \& Skills * Bachelor’s or Master’s in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field. * 1\-0-1 years of experience in digital media, social media management, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), or content creation (NGO experience preferred). * Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication. * Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, analytics tools, SEO, and social media platforms. * Knowledge of paid campaign strategy, audience targeting, and optimization. * Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing tools).
