Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain social media accounts for multiple brands across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. * Plan, create, shoot, and edit Reels and short\-form video content. * Develop engaging captions, hooks, hashtags, and social media posts. * Research trending topics, audio, formats, and viral content ideas. * Design social media creatives, promotional posts, and banners using Canva or similar tools. * Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to generate content ideas and improve productivity. * Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement. * Analyse competitors and explore new content trends and strategies. * Develop content calendars and creative strategies based on each brand's requirements. * Coordinate with the digital marketing team to support client campaigns and marketing objectives. * Strong interest in social media management and content creation. * Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and their content formats. * Basic to good knowledge of video shooting and editing. * Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design tools. * Creativity and the ability to identify emerging social media trends. * Good written communication and caption\-writing skills. * Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines. * Basic knowledge of social media insights and performance metrics. * Willingness to learn new tools, experiment with content formats, and adapt to changing trends.
