Job Title: SME- SAP FICO FUNCTIONAL Company: Hero MotoCorp SAP Module: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Role: SME - SAP FICO FUNCTIONAL Department: Enterprise Platforms – Digital & Information Technology Deliver IT business solutions in the SAP FI-CO module to ensure efficient and seamless operations between relevant departments and support the timely achievement of their respective targets.Key Responsibilities: * Gather requirements and finalize BRDs for enhancements or new business scenarios, including FI/CO configuration and OEM Warranty knowledge. * Coordinate with the development team to deliver IT solutions ensuring smoother business operations. * Configure and support the SAP FI/CO module and its integration with other SAP modules (Sales, MM, HR, etc.). * Utilize integration methods including SOAP & REST APIs, JSON, RFCs, SAP FMs, and XML. * Provide user training, circulate DIY steps/manuals, and maintain functional and technical documentation. * Handle ticket resolution for SAP FI/CO applications and Warranty & Service with strict SLA adherence. Job Requirements & Qualifications: * Academic Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / CA / Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Finance. * Experience: 0-2 years in the SAP FI/CO function, including at least two SAP FI/CO module implementations. * Technical Skills: SAP FICO expertise with working knowledge of SAP SD, MM, PP, and HR functions (SAP certified professional preferred). * Behavioral Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with peers and seniors, good people management, and solid communication and presentation abilities.
