We have an exciting opportunity for a Shift Manager - PM Shift to join our Auckland Distribution Centre, The Vault. Shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm. Reporting to the Auckland DC Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role in ensuring our warehouse and distribution operations run safely, efficiently and effectively. Leading a team of approximately 25 team members, you'll drive operational performance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a highly engaged, high-performing team culture. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment and enjoys balancing people leadership with operational excellence.
