Shift Manager

Job Title: Shift Manager Company: Talent Corner Hr Services SAP Module: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Manage daily restaurant operations during the assigned shift. * Supervise service staff and ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. * Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively. * Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene and cleanliness standards. * Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling and task allocation. * Monitor stock levels, inventory, wastage and daily operational requirements. * Handle billing, POS operations, cash management and shift closing reports. * Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards. * Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency. * 0-1 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in casual dining, QSR or a branded restaurant. * Experience supervising a team and managing restaurant shifts independently. * Good communication, customer-handling and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of POS billing, inventory management and restaurant SOPs. * Candidates from pizzerias, cafs, casual dining restaurants and established QSR chains are welcome. * Bar or liquor-handling experience is not mandatory. Candidate Requirements Compensation Budget: 25,000–27,000 per month + SERVICE CHARGE, depending on experience and suitability. Key Skills: Inventory Management Salary: INR 300000 - 375000 per yearly
