Job Title: Shift Incharge -Mechanical Maintenance Company: JSW Steel SAP Module: SAP PM Roles & Responsibilities: Shift Incharge -Mechanical Maintenance: Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators) 1. Achieving business plan of area in terms of No of stoppages & Delay percentage. 2. Achieving safety norms and implementing all safety standards as per Du pont safety standard at section. 3. Execution of activities for Implementation of 5S , TPM and QC 4. Ensuring compliance of QMS, EnMS, EMS and ISO safety standard 5. Identification and implementation of opportunities for energy saving and digitalization. * Overall control of men, machine and material for effective handling of shifts. * Co-ordination with all interfacing departments for smooth and effective execution of various Mechanical Maintenance Activities * Execution of routine, preventive and predictive maintenance activities as per plan * Identification of spares consumed during shift and information to area in charge regarding consumption pattern of spares. * + Preparation of equipment wise and critical spare list and tracking availability of spares on regular basis. + Assessing area in charge during execution of capital shutdown, major/minor modification jobs + Identify and execute permanent solution for repetitive failure, monthly performance deviations and verification of corrective & preventive action + Assessing area in charge for activities for ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001: 2018, ISO 22000: 2018, ISO 50001: 2011 system * Resource (Men , Machine) Management * Execution of daily activities. * Identification of problems before failure Work Location: Tarapur, India Availability: Full time

Educational Background and Work Experience BE / B .Tech in Mechanical Branch with 1-2 years of experience Key Skills: Plant Maintenance Salary: INR 550000 - 900000 per yearly
