Job Title: Shift In-charge - Wet Mill - Davangere,Karnataka Company: Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols Limited Job Category: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Role \& responsibilities * Manage day\-to\-day Wet Mill operations and ensure smooth shift functioning. * Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and process parameters. * Ensure production targets, quality standards, and yield are achieved. * Supervise and guide operators and shift manpower. * Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Utility, and other departments for smooth operations. * Identify and resolve process and equipment\-related issues promptly. * Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, SOPs, and company policies. * Maintain shift\-wise production, quality, and operational records. * Conduct proper shift handover and communicate key issues to the next shift. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce losses. Preferred candidate profile * 1-2 years of experience in Starch \& Derivatives/Liquid Glucose/ High\-maltose corn syrup * Preferably looking for candidates from Karnataka region Key Skills: Production Planning Salary: INR 350000 - 650000 per yearly
