Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and monitor daily sheet metal production activities.
* Handle production processes such as cutting, bending, punching, and welding.
* Monitor CNC laser cutting, CNC punching, and press brake operations.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
* Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
* Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and production teams.
* Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and raw material consumption.
* Reduce rejection, rework, material wastage, and machine downtime.
* Maintain daily production reports and other relevant records.
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures and 5S practices.
Work Location: Nagpur, India
Availability: Full time
Requirements
* Experience in sheet metal and furniture manufacturing industry.
* Knowledge of CNC laser cutting, CNC punching, and press brake machines.
* Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensions and tolerances.
* Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and MS Excel.
* Good communication, problem\-solving, and team coordination skills.
