Job Title: SFMC - Architect Company: WillWare Technologies Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description Role: SFMC Architect (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect) We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, customer journey orchestration, data management, campaign automation, and integration with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities * Design and implement end\-to\-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and solutions. * Lead the development and implementation of marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys. * Configure and manage SFMC components, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio, as applicable. * Design customer segmentation, data extensions, subscriber management, and audience targeting strategies. * Develop and optimize SQL queries, AMPscript, SSJS (Server\-Side JavaScript), and personalization solutions. * Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external applications using APIs and integration tools. * Define data architecture, data flows, security standards, and integration strategies. * Ensure data quality, platform performance, scalability, and compliance with privacy requirements. * Provide technical leadership, solution design guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously improve campaign performance and platform efficiency. * 10\+ years of overall IT experience, with strong relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and implementation. * Strong hands\-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions. * Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS. * Experience designing customer journeys, campaign automation, segmentation, and personalization. * Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. * Knowledge of data modeling, subscriber management, consent management, and marketing data architecture. * Understanding of Salesforce security, data governance, deliverability, and platform best practices. * Experience in solution architecture, technical design, and leading development teams. * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem\-solving skills.
