SEO Manager

Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Eiosys Private Limited is a Mumbai-based AI-first boutique technology company specializing in custom CRM/ERP development, web & app development, SEO/AEO/GEO, and AI corporate training. We work with ecommerce, manufacturing and B2B clients across India, combining 15+ years of technology expertise with the latest AI-driven marketing and automation practices. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven SEO Manager to lead SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy for our clients Assam well Assam for Eiosys's own digital presence. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing multiple SEO projects end-to-end, strong command over industry-standard tools, and the confidence to engage directly with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute and manage end-to-end SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) across multiple client projects simultaneously - Monitor and report on performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools and similar platforms - Coordinate with the sales team to prepare pitch decks and proposals for new client onboarding - Work Location: Eiosys Kalyan office (work from office only) - Probation Period: 6 months, after which the role is confirmed Assam full-time Work Location: In person Work Location: Maharashtra, India Availability: Full time

Candidate Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of full-time, hands-on SEO work experience - Proven experience having worked on at least 12 SEO projects - Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest and similar SEO tools - Experience in link building, social bookmarking and other off-page SEO tactics Minimum Qualification: - Salary: Rs. 35,000 - Rs. 40,000 per month Interview Process: - Round 1: Online interview - Round 2: In-person interview at the Kalyan office (mandatory) Benefits: Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Key Skills: SEO, Analytics Salary: INR 35000 - 40000 per monthly
