About the Role We are seeking a highly driven SEO Lead to drive our SEO strategies on a global scale. You will lead the planning and execution of SEO initiatives, working closely with editorial, product, and outreach teams. This is a senior role where you will set the vision, drive measurable results, and mentor the team\-while also staying hands\-on to deliver impact in competitive markets. Key Responsibilities * Lead and oversee global SEO strategies, ensuring alignment with global marketing and business goals * Define and track monthly SEO KPIs (clicks, CTR, avg. position, SOV, keyword rankings); translate complex reporting and analytics into actionable business insights * Identify opportunities, analyse gaps, and manage the creation of outreach domain lists to drive authority growth * Oversee AI\-powered SEO initiatives, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and E\-E\-A\-T standards * Conduct in\-depth competitor, keyword, and market analyses across multiple regions to inform strategy and execution * Manage the global SEO team, sharing best practices and building SEO capability across the team. Qualifications \& Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields * 7\-10 years of working experience in SEO marketing, including in financial services industries * Proven track record driving SEO strategy globally with demonstrated success delivering measurable improvements in key SEO performance metrics * Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including team management experience * Familiarity with the Web3 industry is highly advantageous * Some proficiency in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking markets is a plus Key Skills: SEO, Analytics Salary: Not disclosed
