Job Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst – Salesforce & Pega Integration Company: BMP Technologies Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: About the Role Key Responsibilities * Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and technical requirements. * Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify gaps, and recommend technology solutions. * Lead business systems analysis, process mapping, and requirements specification activities. * Support Salesforce and Pega integration initiatives, including data flows, system interfaces, and workflow automation. * Analyse integration requirements involving APIs, web services, and enterprise applications. * Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, Technical Requirements, and process documentation. * Collaborate with developers, solution architects, testers, and project managers throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). * Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing (UAT). * Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimisation. * Support system integration testing, defect resolution, and implementation activities. * Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. Key Knowledge and Experience Essential Requirements * Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in business systems analysis. * Proven experience in requirements gathering, scope definition, functional specifications, and technical design documentation. * Experience supporting Salesforce and Pega integration projects. * Strong knowledge of API integration, data exchange, and enterprise systems. * Experience working with technical delivery teams in Agile environments. * Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent industry certifications. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. The ideal candidate will be a technically strong Business Analyst with experience bridging business and technology teams. They will have a solid understanding of Salesforce, Pega, APIs, and enterprise integration, combined with excellent documentation, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery capabilities.
