You will also work with delivery teams, technical specialists and business stakeholders to understand problems, explore options, and shape solutions that work in practice. The work spans business needs, technology and the experiences of the people who use MSD services, so you'll need to be comfortable working through complexity and ambiguity rather than simply documenting requirements. * Delivering business analysis across digital and technology initiatives of varying size and complexity * Eliciting, analysing, validating, and documenting business and technical requirements whilst ensuring quality, traceability and alignment of requirements * Work with architects, developers, testers, and stakeholders to design fit\-for\-purpose solutions * Facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders to define business needs, explore problems, and desired outcomes * Supporting solution design through options analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility assessments * Identifying risks, dependencies, and impacts across systems, processes, and customer experiences * Supporting continuous improvement of analysis practices, standards, and ways of working. * Experience delivering business analysis within technology, digital, or transformation initiatives including gathering, analysing, documenting and validating business and technical requirements * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, including the ability to identify risks, impacts, dependencies, and opportunities across people, processes and technology * Experience supporting solution design, process improvement, and business change * Experience working within Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery environments * Strong communication and relationship\-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage technical and non\-technical stakeholders * A collaborative approach and interest in improving how analysis is delivered.
