Job Title: Senior Specialist SAP Applications - Finance Company: DKSH SAP Module: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: About the Role As a Senior Specialist in SAP Applications, you will provide technical leadership in the design, development, implementation, and deployment of SAP or S/4HANA Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO). You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with DKSH's global business needs, particularly in the consumer goods and healthcare sectors. * Lead the development and enhancement of SAP or S/4HANA FICO applications. * Provide guidance and mentorship to specialists. * Ensure functional design aligns with DKSH's SAP architecture and standards. * Analyze business processes and requirements to design and implement end-to-end SAP or S/4HANA FICO solutions. * Design custom solutions including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF). * Optimize and troubleshoot existing solutions for performance and scalability. * Support deployment and post-go-live activities, ensuring system integrity and performance. * Drive continuous improvement and optimization of SAP applications. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions. * Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices. * Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required. * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a finance-related field. * 0-3 years of experience in SAP or S/4HANA FICO. * Strong understanding of finance business operations. * Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP or S/4HANA FICO and different project methodologies. * Deep expertise in SAP or S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), and integration with SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (WM), and Production Planning (PP). * Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across functional and technical teams. * Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business audiences and demonstrate strong listening and comprehension. * Embraces change and adapts quickly to new challenges. * Encourages innovation and knowledge sharing.
