Job Title: Senior Specialist - Program & Project Management Company: LTM Job Category: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: Role description SAP Program Manager SAP EWM Automation Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead largescale SAP EWM and Warehouse Automation transformation programs across multiple sites and geographies The role will be responsible for driving endtoend program delivery governance solution alignment stakeholder management and deployment of automated warehouse solutions integrated with SAP EWM The candidate will work closely with business leaders logistics teams solution architects automation vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful rollout of SAP EWM warehouse control systems WCS robotics ASRS AGVs conveyors RFID and related automation technologies Key Responsibilities\- Program Leadership Define and manage overall SAP EWM and Automation program roadmap Drive endtoend program governance planning risk management and delivery execution Manage budget resource planning delivery milestones and business outcomes SAP EWM Delivery Management Coordinate business process harmonization across rollout locations Warehouse Automation Management Lead integration of SAP EWM with warehouse automation solutions such as Stakeholder Vendor Management Act as primary liaison between business IT automation vendors and implementation partners Manage thirdparty vendors and SI partners Establish program governance framework KPIs and delivery metrics Change Management Support business adoption and organizational change initiatives Ensure smooth transition to operations and support teams Program Portfolio Management Risk Financial Management Executive Stakeholder Management Candidates have to travel to Sweden and China on and off for the Project He may have around 40 travel in case needed but work location is basically Germany Skills Mandatory Skills : leading complex global projects,SAP EWM ,logistics and warehouse projects Work Location: Bengaluru, India Availability: Full time
