Job Title: Senior Specialist - Package Implementation Company: LTM Limited Job Category: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Role description Senior SAP FICO Specialist Financial Systems team provides technology expertise to the finance department and is responsible for SAP HANA and connected 3rd party systems. We want to change the way people work with SAP by building a finance application platform that supports simplification of business processes and empowers the finance community with better financial insights. We run our SAP environment on HANA and in February 2016 we migrated to Simple Finance In 2021 we started our financial transformation with S4 HANA implementation. * As a SAP Senior FI you will be the designer of the solutions for new initiatives day to day SAP optimization setting up new functionalities customizing or modifying existing functionalities to transform the asis processes. * You will utilize your knowledge of SAP FICO and FICA to design solutions which meet business objectives and goals. * You will participate in the development of solution design documents functional design documents configurational rationale testing and deployment. * You will partner with business owners and digital teams to identify opportunities for improvement and offer up appropriate solution designs to meet business objectives. * You will have deep experience with the integration of SAP FICO FICA Controlling Payments Tax. * This role involves extensive daily interaction with functional specialists developers in all finance and IT departments. * It is essential that you have a strong understanding of finance processes and integration with legacy systems and you have strong verbalwritten communication and presentation skills in English. * Due to the rapid and continuous growth of the organization the tasks and duties of this role may evolve over time. * You will be keen to develop and grow within the role and to take on additional challenges and responsibilities as they occur. * Be Responsible Full ownership of projects and quality of changes from planning communication coordination compliance aspects customization and golive hypercare. * Analytical thinking Providing scalable and innovative solutions. * Ability to take fast decisions in a very dynamic environment with some level of uncertainty. * Contribute to the identification of opportunities processes people to improve project delivery andor development methodologies. * Training of key users and key user supportAnalyzing issues and changes. * Day to day support and incident resolution 2\. Specialized Contract Accounting FICA BRIM Project Delivery At least one fullcycle implementation Greenfield or Brownfield of SAP FICA or BRIM Convergent Invoicing Convergence Strong understanding of how highvolume billing data flows from digital interfaces into the General Ledger 3\. Advanced Financial Modules Controlling Operational Excellence Deep expertise in General Ledger GL Accounts Payable AP Accounts Receivable AR and Asset Accounting Treasury Banking Handson configuration of Bank Communication Management BCM and specialized Intercompany Accounting processes Controlling COPA Advanced knowledge of Controlling and Profitability Analysis to drive business insights and financial reporting Version Versatility Proficiency in mapping business processes across both SAP ECC and S4HANA environments Integration Stakeholder Management System Ecosystems Excellent knowledge of integrating SAP FI with complex legacy systems and external digital interfaces Interface Logic Solid understanding of data mapping across FIGL Business Partners and payment gateways Communication Fluent English with a proven track record of managing highlevel stakeholders and delivering technical presentations to nontechnical audiences Ability to derive decisions and conclude discussions amongst different set of stakeholders Behavioral Competencies Agility Ability to grasp complex technical details quickly and manage multiple highpriority deliverables in a fastpaced quick turnaround environment Work Location: Karnataka, India Availability: Full time
