In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Lead complex data analysis initiatives using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning models to generate actionable insights that support business strategy and operational efficiency. + Partner with cross\-functional teams to design and implement data\-driven solutions aligned to organizational priorities and business objectives. + Manage and enhance large datasets while ensuring strong data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to data management and governance best practices. + Develop, maintain, and improve predictive models to forecast business trends and provide data\-backed strategic recommendations. + Stay current on industry trends and emerging data science technologies to continuously strengthen analytical approaches and innovation. + Communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders across all levels, translating complex analytical outputs into meaningful business actions. * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced degree preferred. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, or SQL. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data\-driven recommendations to both technical and non\-technical audiences.
