You’ll design and review solutions, guide development teams, work alongside business process experts, and influence stakeholders from finance leadership to enterprise architects. * Partner with business leaders, solution and technical architects, project managers and end\-users to understand requirements and challenges * Design, review and architect SAP Group Reporting and R2R solutions with scalability, performance and security in mind * Provide SAP Finance functional and technical guidance to development teams, aligned with industry best practice * Lead troubleshooting, defect root\-cause analysis and preventive actions * Document and optimise AS\-IS business processes, and identify automation and self\-service opportunities * Evaluate the current landscape and shape the roadmap, anticipating risks and preparing mitigation strategies * Review and evaluate vendor solutions, and advise on build vs reuse decisions * Ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance and governance standards * Mentor junior team members Work Location: Karnataka, India Availability: Full time
