As a Senior Software Engineer you will have the opportunity to work on cutting\-edge on\-premises appliance based and cloud\-based email security products. You will be working closely with product managers, customers, and developers to design, develop, test, and deliver new and innovative features in a continuous delivery model. What You Bring to the Role: Work Location: Karnataka, India Availability: Full time

* Experience: 6 to 8\+ years in software development in PERL/C/C\+\+ * Database Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL and MySQL, including optimization techniques. * DevOps and CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines, and version control systems like GitHub. * Debugging Skills: Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting using tools such as GDB, and Strace. * System Knowledge: Familiarity with Linux operating systems and networking protocols (e.g., SMTP, DNS, TLS). * Development Practices: Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle. * Additional Skills: * + Knowledge of front\-end technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AJAX) is advantageous. + Experience in email security, cloud\-connected appliances, or network security is beneficial. + Familiarity with scripting languages like Perl, Python, or Bash. + Familiarity with Golang is a plus * AI Integration: Proven experience integrating AI/ML technologies into production environments, including working with LLMs, crafting effective prompts, or utilizing AI APIs to solve complex engineering problems.
