Senior SAP Security Admin

Manage users and authorizations in SAP systems according to existing security processes as second and third level support including problem management, maintaining knowledge databases, running recertification campaigns, and ensuring secure user access administration. Develop, enforce and maintain SAP authorization concepts and key security aspects such as password settings, idle log off time, client settings and user provisioning standards. Monitor and perform regular reviews of Segregation of Duties conflicts, update SoD frameworks, report conflicts and work with business teams for mitigation and remediation activities. Maintain and improve firefighter ID frameworks for SAP applications and support security management for additional enterprise systems including SalesForce, O9 and STIBO. Collaborate with internal and external AMS security admins, first level support teams, IT teams and Controls teams to improve SAP security operations, automate authorization processes, and support JSOx compliance activities. Support SAP projects for role concept development, authorization design and implementation of SAP security tools such as SAP GRC AC, Saviynt EIC and Xiting XAMS.

Candidate should have strong experience in SAP Security Administration, SAP Authorization Management, SAP GRC Access Control, SAP BI Security and SAP HANA Security concepts. Good understanding of Segregation of Duties frameworks, firefighter ID management, user provisioning, password policies and SAP compliance standards is required. Candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams. Experience in maintaining authorization concepts, handling SAP support operations and supporting SAP security projects is preferred.
