Role \& Responsibilities: Role Overview Key Responsibilities * Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions. * Configure, implement, and support SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SD) functionality. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize sales, order management, shipping, billing, and distribution processes. * Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities. * Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD application issues and performance concerns. * Work closely with cross\-functional SAP teams, including MM, FI/CO, and other functional areas. * Support business transformation and process improvement initiatives. * Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and solution designs. * Participate in user training, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder engagement activities. * Ensure adherence to established governance, compliance, and quality standards. * Strong experience with SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SD). * Experience in business process analysis, solution design, and SAP configuration. * Knowledge of order\-to\-cash processes, billing, pricing, shipping, and customer management functions. * Experience supporting enterprise SAP implementations and enhancement projects. * Strong problem\-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. * Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams. The hiring process includes an initial screening by the TCS Hiring Team, followed by a technical evaluation and managerial discussion conducted by the Business Team, and concluding with the final HR evaluation.
