Job Description
This Senior SAP MM Consultant role at EY GDS TechOps involves providing functional support for SAP Sourcing and Procurement across various regions for global clients. You will provide day-to-day Application Management support for SAP Applications across IT Service Management including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests, and change management as Level 2 or 3 Specialist. Daily responsibilities include leading and coordinating resolution of complex technical issues and system outages, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, and providing advice on SAP MM solutions. You will develop and maintain documentation including configuration and user guides, mentor junior team members, and participate in on-call rotation and shift work.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in related technology field with 3-7 years of experience in SAP Material Management and LE preferably with global clients. Well-versed with Sourcing & Procurement process including Material Management, Service Procurement, Contract Management, STO, and Master Data (LTMC, Migration Cockpit). Experience in MM integration with FI, SD, PP, and PM is required. SAP Certification in SAP MM is preferred. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role.
