Senior SAP IS-U ABAP Consultant

This Senior SAP IS-U ABAP Consultant role at EY involves designing, developing, and enhancing ABAP solutions in SAP ISU across core utilities processes including Electricity, Gas, or Water domains. You will develop and support RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) and work on ISU modules including Device Management (DM), Billing & Invoicing, Customer Service (CS), and FICA (Events, Dunning, Collections, Payments). Daily responsibilities include implementing Enhancements, BADIs, User Exits, and FQ Events, developing ALV reports, supporting MoveIn, MoveOut, Disconnection, Reconnection, and Meter Installation/Replacement processes, and developing SmartForms/Adobe Forms for utility correspondence. You will work with BAPIs, RFCs, IDOCs, and Interfaces, perform debugging and performance tuning, and prepare Technical Design Documents.

The ideal candidate must have 4-6 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP with deep exposure to SAP ISU. Solid understanding of Meter-to-Cash utilities business processes is required. Expertise in Core ABAP (DDIC, Reports, ALV, Modularization, Debugger) and working knowledge of OOABAP is essential. Experience with ISU Master Data (BMD, TMD) and strong analytical ability is required. Experience with ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, OData services, and ECC to S/4HANA ISU migration is preferred. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable.
