Location: Bengaluru Notice period: immediate joiner's * 1-2 years of experience with strong hands-on SAP FICO functional expertise * Proven delivery across SAP Finance projects/enhancements and production support * Deep knowledge of GL, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Asset Accounting, and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders) * Experience in requirements analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment support * Ability to prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams * Strong troubleshooting for financial close, reporting, reconciliation, and accounting processes * Direct stakeholder engagement with Finance; coordination with project teams, AMS partners, and application teams * Working experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for finance reporting, analytics, and planning * Working experience with SAP BPC for budgeting, forecasting, planning, and consolidation * Working knowledge of SAP Group Reporting (consolidation, intercompany eliminations, integration with Finance) * Understanding of SAP FICO integrations and data dependencies with Ariba, Concur, SAC, and BPC * Ability to balance project deliverables with production priorities; strong communication with global stakeholders * Preferred: SAP S/4HANA Finance and/Odisha SAP ECC FICO in large global environments * Preferred: Retail/fashion/apparel/consumer products industry experience * Preferred: Experience with large system integrators, global AMS providers, and distributed Finance teams * Preferred: Experience in SOX-controlled environments, audits, and controlled change/release processes Key Skills: SAP FICO, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Configuration, Functional Specifications Salary: Not disclosed
