· Ensure and lead to perform the configuration, support and enhancement of SAP module as a project manager. Use different developing skills to develop/ enhance application interfaces, forms, reports and other system enhancements.
· Prepare and deliver workflow related development, business development, and class development.
· Manage application development and maintenance for business operations or support functions, including defining business need, analysis of alternatives, solution recommendation, and solution implementation and other related tasks
· Apply security standards to applications and systems, and tackle and clear all vulnerabilities.
· Estimate effort and difficulty of development and configuration tasks accurately , and ensure response to and correction of problems in a timely manner.
· Provide on-call technical support if required.
· Create technical/ functional specifications for all developments and configurations work. Participate in project in other areas of IT and the business as required.
· Perform knowledge transfer to other colleagues.
· Lead the team to conduct projects for new functionalities realization, and work independently or under minimum supervision
· Assist the department head to setup and manage the team structure and resource.
