All about the role: We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise SAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in modern ABAP development, SAP S/4HANA technologies, integrations, and technical leadership. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, solution architects, and project teams to deliver scalable, high-quality SAP solutions. * Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA environments. * Lead technical design, development, and implementation activities for SAP projects and enhancement initiatives. * Develop and support Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows, APIs, and integrations. * Develop solutions using ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, OData Services, and SAP Gateway. * Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Drive code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to SAP development standards. * Support S/4HANA transformation initiatives, custom code remediation, and Clean Core principles. * Mentor and guide development teams while serving as a technical escalation point for complex issues. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. * 12–15+ years of SAP ABAP development experience. * 1 year of experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs. * Advanced expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, OData Services, SAP Gateway, Fiori integrations, SAP performance optimization, and transport management processes across SAP landscapes. * Hands-on experience supporting and delivering SAP technical solutions within SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP LE/WM (Logistics Execution / Warehouse Management) domains. * Experience with transport management tools and change control processes, including SAP CTS/CTS+, ChaRM, Solution Manager, Rev-Trac, or equivalent transport and release management solutions. * Experience working in global delivery and cross-functional environments. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. * SAP MM (Materials Management) * SAP LE/WM (Logistics Execution / Warehouse Management) * SAP Ariba * SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) * SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) * SAP FI/CO (Finance and Controlling) * Build at scale: Lead the development of mission-critical digital commerce experiences used by thousands of customers daily. * Own the architecture: Influence core technical decisions and help evolve our platform for high scalability, resiliency, and flexibility. * Modern tech stack: Work with cutting-edge tools in cloud, commerce, and full-stack engineering. * Empowered leadership: Drive strategy and execution while mentoring a world-class engineering team. * Growth and impact: Join a high-growth company with a culture that values engineering excellence, innovation, and transparent leadership.
