SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role. 1 Create Technical specifications based on the functional requirements specified by the business. 2 Mentor and guide the technical development team on technical guidelines and standards. 3 Establish quality standards for the code and technical templates needed for the execution of the. project. 4 Code review & technical design review for the team. 5 Ownership towards complex functionalities to be built in the system. 6 Maintain good rapport with customer technical team and in-house team.
