This role is built around Communications Cloud; you will leverage your deep, hands\-on commercial experience to build, customize, and integrate complex solutions tailored to the communications sector. * Communications Cloud Delivery: Architect, build, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions with a direct focus on Communications Cloud functionality and industry\-specific requirements. * Custom Development: Develop advanced custom components, automations, and integrations utilizing deep expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). * End\-to\-End Execution: Drive the full development lifecycle within an Agile environment, translating business and technical requirements into robust platform solutions. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with technical architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to take ownership of development outcomes. * Platform Excellence: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, support testing and deployment releases, and champion Salesforce development standards and best practices.
