Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Company: Algoworks Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: Role Overview The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business outcomes. Key Responsibilities 1. Salesforce Development and Customization * Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements. * Develop custom business logic using Apex, including classes, triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous processing. * Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Write optimized SOQL queries and work with Salesforce data models, objects, security, and automation. * Configure and maintain profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and Flows. * Maintain Salesforce security, access controls, automation, and platform configurations. * Ensure solutions follow Salesforce platform capabilities, security standards, and development best practices. * Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms. * Support the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise requirements. * Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver effective solutions. 4. Testing, Deployment, and Support * Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization. * Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance. * Follow Salesforce development standards, security practices, and deployment procedures. * Participate in solution testing, deployment, and post-deployment support. * Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. * Proficiency in Apex, including triggers, classes, Batch Apex, and asynchronous processing. * Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Strong knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce data modeling. * Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and implementing Salesforce integrations. * Good understanding of Salesforce Administration, security, automation, and platform capabilities. * Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions. * Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations. * Familiarity with Git and version control systems. * Knowledge of Salesforce deployment practices and release management. * Understanding of Salesforce development standards, code quality, and performance optimization. * Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. * A hands-on developer capable of independently delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions. * Strong ownership of development tasks, troubleshooting, and production support. * Ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions. * Commitment to coding standards, platform security, and maintainable development practices. * Strong collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams. * Flexibility to support client requirements within the specified working hours.
