Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Executive Company: Brandshark Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Responsibilities: * Plan, execute, and optimize end\-to\-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. * Manage and scale Lead Generation and E\-commerce campaigns to achieve business objectives. * Handle and optimize accounts with monthly ad spends of ₹20 Lakhs\+ per account. * Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance. * Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4\) and advertising platform dashboards. * Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score, providing actionable insights. * Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize returns. * Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance. * Stay updated with the latest platform trends, updates, and digital marketing best practices. * Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring timely execution, reporting, and performance optimization. * Lead and manage a team of Performance Marketing Executives, providing guidance, reviewing campaign performance, and ensuring timely execution.
