Senior Operations Manager

Ltd. is a fast-growing B2B metals aggregator transforming how businesses procure steel and metal products across India. We partner with leading manufacturers such as Tata Steel and JSW Steel to supply OEMs, manufacturers, infrastructure companies, and industrial customers. Role Summary We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to own the order-to-delivery cycle, from mill coordination and logistics to dispatch and inventory, and to lead the team that delivers every order on time, at the right quality and cost. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate order execution with mills, suppliers, and customers. * Manage transporters, freight rates, and vehicle planning. * Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records. * Coordinate with sales, finance, and procurement teams. 5. Team Leadership & Reporting * Lead, train, and set targets for the operations team. * Present KPIs and risks to senior leadership. * ERP or order management systems (Tally, SAP, Zoho, or similar) and advanced Excel. * Leadership ability and a strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced office. Experience: 0-2 years Required Qualifications * Graduate in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain; MBA preferred. * Experience in steel, metals, manufacturing, or trading is preferred. Benefits: Key Skills: Procurement Salary: INR 50000 - 70000 per monthly
