Job Title: Senior Open Text Consultant Company: Basis Expert Consulting Services Pty Ltd Job Category: SAP Workflow Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: OpenText VIM Implementation, Configuration, and Support. * Architect and execute large\-scale archiving and migration projects, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient document management. * Lead the implementation and support of OpenText VIM and associated modules, driving automation and compliance in SAP\-centric environments. * Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot OpenText IES/BCC profiles for intelligent document capture and data extraction. * Design and deliver Extended ECM solutions that integrate seamlessly with SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365, enabling collaboration and governance. * Troubleshoot and resolve VIM\-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure system stability and performance. * Provide ongoing production support, including incident management, change requests, and performance tuning. * Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements through robust governance and security models. * Mentor junior consultants and project team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. * Support pre\-sales, solution design, and proposal development as needed. * OpenText and/or SAP certifications (e.g., OpenText VIM/ICC, SAP Archiving Consultant, SAP ILM, S/4HANA) are highly desirable. * Demonstrated experience with OpenText migrations alongside SAP S/4HANA, upgrades, and integration. * Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Business Workflow, and SAP NetWeaver technologies is an added advantage. * Familiarity with cloud\-based deployments, containerization, and modern IT architectures is a plus. You will work onsite, representing the BCS brand with a range of customers to gain invaluable experience, quickly. · Salary Range: Base Salary 90,000 – 110,000 per year, plus superannuation * Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field. * Strong expertise in OpenText VIM, IES, BCC, ADA, and xECM. * Experience working with SAP ECC / S/4HANA, including upgrades and integrations. * 10\-15 years of hands\-on experience with OpenText solutions. * Good understanding of SAP Business Workflow, SAP Fiori, and SAP NetWeaver. * Experience with OpenText migrations in SAP environments. * Familiarity with cloud\-based deployments, containerization, and modern IT architecture.
