Job Title: Senior Manager - SAP-SAP S4HANA PP Company: Bristlecone SAP Module: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to drive end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) projects. The role will oversee both greenfield and brownfield deployments, mentor a high‑performing delivery team, and ensure alignment with business objectives and best‑in‑class SAP standards. Responsibilities * Lead the design, configuration, and rollout of SAP S/4HANA PP solutions across greenfield and brownfield projects. * Manage a team of functional consultants, developers, and analysts to deliver high‑quality deliverables on schedule. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust PP processes and system enhancements. * Develop and enforce project governance, risk management, and quality assurance practices. * Drive integration efforts with other S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, QM, FICO) to ensure seamless end‑to‑end processes. * Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge‑transfer activities for client teams. * Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular status reports to senior leadership. * Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for SAP PP best practices. * Support post‑go‑live support, hypercare, and stabilization activities. * Represent Bristlecone in client meetings, proposals, and pre‑sales engagements as a subject‑matter expert. Information Security Responsibilities * Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System. * Take part in information security training and act while handling information. * Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO). * Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role. Qualifications * 15+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP PP, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role. * Proven track record of delivering successful greenfield and brownfield SAP S/4HANA PP implementations. * Deep functional knowledge of production planning, scheduling, shop floor control, and related logistics processes. * Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, integration points, and migration strategies. * Excellent leadership, people‑management, and stakeholder‑engagement skills. * Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. * Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks. * Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – Production Planning). * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. * Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
