Solution Design and Delivery: Lead the design and hands\-on delivery of analytic applications, interactive dashboards, and benchmark models using SAC and Datasphere for import and live scenarios—ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and governed. Team Leadership and Coaching: Coordinate delivery teams and handle junior developers across the lifecycle; mentor and coach team members, build robust ways\-of\-working, and uphold software quality and documentation standards within agile and scrum environments. Advanced Reporting and UX: Design comprehensive, multi\-tab reports with queries, visualizations, and drill\-downs; champion standard processes in data visualization, accessibility, and user experience to drive adoption. Predictive and Advanced Features: Drive adoption of SAC predictive scenarios, Smart features, R\-visualizations, and external libraries to create immersive, insight\-rich user experiences that inform smarter decisions. Essential Skills/Experience: -------------------------------- * Strong background in overseeing team management, coordinating worksheets, handling delivery, and mentoring team members within agile environments. * Experience collaborating across various business teams to translate requirements into robust analytical solutions.
