Senior Manager Product Management CRM

Own CRM product roadmap. Gather business requirements from Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Operations. Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and integrations. Work with Technology, Salesforce implementation partners and business stakeholders. Design customer lifecycle journeys. Drive automation across lead management, onboarding, servicing and campaigns. Prioritize backlog and manage sprint planning. Prepare BRD, PRD, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. Ensure seamless integration with trading, onboarding, back office and marketing platforms.
