Job Title: Senior Manager, IT - SAP FICO Company: Kraft Heinz SAP Module: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description ------------------- Senior Manager, IT – SAP Finance & Controlling We are seeking a highly experienced IT leader with deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling solutions, SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance transformation, and management reporting capabilities. This role will design, implement, and support global finance, controlling, planning, and reporting capabilities across SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance, and integrated enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP FICO expertise, with deeper specialization in Controlling, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Margin Analysis, management reporting, and planning. They will partner closely with Controllers, Global Business Services, and IT leadership to drive strategic initiatives, process standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement across management reporting, planning, and financial reporting capabilities in the global ERP landscape. This role requires business process expertise, solution architecture leadership, hands-on SAP implementation experience, and people leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities ======================== * Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Controlling and Finance capabilities across a varied global system landscape, including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and Central Finance solutions. * Provide functional leadership across core controlling, finance, product costing, margin analysis, financial close, management reporting, and planning capabilities. * Partner with Controllers and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable, compliant technology solutions. * Oversee SAP capabilities and integrations with other non-SAP systems and platforms such as Oracle EPM, Snowflake or similar solutions. * Define future-state finance and controlling architecture, lead design workshops, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and implementation best practices. * Configure or assist in configuration of SAP systems to deliver SAP Controlling and Finance solutions. * Understand the business processes around Management Planning and Reporting Solutions and provide guidance towards designing and running those processes. * Lead cross-functional teams, manage internal and external partners, develop value cases, and influence leaders to advance finance and transformation initiatives in the management reporting space.
