Senior HR S/4 HANA professional

Lead enterprise SAP HR S/4HANA implementation and support projects involving Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll modules. Manage functional specification preparation, testing coordination, process optimization, and SAP HR project delivery across multiple business environments. Support HR KSA and Middle East payroll localization while providing technical and functional guidance to project teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure successful SAP HR transformation and compliance-driven HR operations.

Strong expertise in SAP HR S/4HANA implementation and support with deep knowledge of OM, PA, TM, PY end-to-end processes is required. Candidate should possess experience in HR KSA and Middle East payroll localization, SAP HR project management, and enterprise HR transformation initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are mandatory.
