Position Summary: HR manager, to handle all HR activities related to factory

Job Responsibilities:

ü HRMS: Salary processing through HRMS

ü Time office management- attendance by biometric scanners

ü PMS – Maintain PMS data and suggest corrective steps for low performers.

ü Compliances – PF/ESIC/MLWF/PT, Factories act, Labour laws

ü Employee engagement activities, Rewards, Performer of the month etc.

ü Attrition, Absenteeism analysis.

ü Handle employee grievance.

Skills Required

ü Ability to manage teams.

ü Salary processing knowledge by HRMS

ü Good knowledge of Statutory Compliances – PF/ESIC/MLWF/PT

ü Advance Excel

ü Good communication skills

Qualification Required:

ü Graduate / MBA / PGDM

Experience:

7-10 years

Eligibility Criteria:

Age 40 Years+

Pan and Aadhar card must

Ability to learn.
