Senior Financial / Data Analyst

Responsibilities :
• Perform monthly and quarterly financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, supporting budgeting and long-term planning.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
• Analyze cost structures and profitability across different product lines and markets, providing insights for strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain Excel / Google Sheets or BI dashboards to visualize key metrics such as demand forecasting, distributor incentives, and sales manager KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams, helping them to ensure contract profitability
• Monitor and analyze supply chain costs, working with procurement teams to optimize expenses and improve margins.
• Drive strategic pricing projects to achieve yearly yield growth goals
• Determining appropriate current and future costs for assessing customer contract profitability
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for special projects, such as market expansion or product launches.

Qualifications :
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards using Excel / Google Sheets or another BI tool.
