Senior FICO Consultant

The Senior SAP FICO Consultant will lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP FI solutions including GL, AP, AR, AA, bank accounting, and financial reporting. The consultant will collaborate with CO, SD, MM for cross-module integrations, lead data migration, provide post-go-live support, mentor junior consultants, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. The consultant will play a key role in driving digital transformation efforts, ensuring solutions remain scalable, well-documented, and aligned with evolving business priorities and compliance requirements. Strong emphasis is placed on quality assurance, thorough testing, and proactive issue resolution to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for end users across the organization.

8–11 years of SAP FI experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations. Proficiency in SAP FI configuration, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Any Graduate qualification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
