We are looking for a detail\-oriented Accounts Payable Senior Executive to join the Finance team in Calicut. The role involves handling end\-to\-end accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and timely payments while maintaining compliance with internal financial policies. Roles Responsibilities * Manage end\-to\-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice verification, processing, and payment execution. * Validate vendor invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation. * Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments as per agreed payment terms. * Perform vendor statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies. * Maintain and update vendor master data in the ERP system. * Support month\-end closing activities, including AP reconciliations and accruals. * Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements. * Coordinate with procurement, finance, and internal stakeholders for invoice approvals and issue resolution. * Prepare AP reports, aging analysis, and MIS reports for management review.
