Job Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager- Order Management(SAP SD) Company: ZF SAP Module: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager- Order Management(SAP SD) ================================================================ Job Description ------------------- What you can look forward as Senior Executive/Assistant Manager- Order Management: * Process and manage customer orders in adherence to established business rules and procedures. Create and maintain sales quotations based on requests from Sales teams. * Process credit notes and delivery notes in accordance with defined guidelines. Coordinate with Central Order Management to monitor and follow up on order execution. * Administer customer and user accounts for online service platforms. Support export documentation activities to ensure compliance with applicable requirements. * Generate, analyze, and distribute standard operational and business reports. * Create and maintain SAP Sets based on business requirements and stakeholder requests. * Ensure all activities are performed in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and work instructions.
