What You’ll Own * Lead the design, development and deployment of machine learning and agentic AI solutions that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. * Turn complex problems into practical solutions through advanced analytics, experimentation and statistical modelling. * Partner with Product, Engineering and business teams to bring AI innovation to life, while sharing your expertise to help others grow. * 5\+ years' experience in Data Science, with a track record of delivering impactful machine learning and AI solutions. * Advanced Python and SQL skills, with strong knowledge of statistical modelling, experimentation and modern data platforms. * Hands\-on experience building and deploying production ready ML models and agentic AI solutions, including LLMs. * Strong problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex insights into clear recommendations. * A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow. * An aptitude for identifying and managing risks.
