* H2O product experience. * Kaggle competition experience or equivalent applied ML work. * Cloud or production ML exposure. * A/B testing or causal inference experience. * SLM or agentic AI exposure. * Open\-source, research, or technical writing. * Client\-facing experience: scoping problems, managing expectations, and delivering solutions with customer teams.
