Role Description The Senior Data Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients. Day-to-day work includes designing and executing analytical frameworks, building and maintaining data models, and conducting quantitative analyses to support ROI-based software research and Intelligence Matrix evaluations. The role involves preparing high-quality reports, dashboards, and visualizations, as well as interpreting findings in business terms for decision-makers. The Senior Data Analyst collaborates closely with research, product marketing, and market intelligence teams, contributes to the refinement of methodologies, and helps establish best practices for data quality and analytical rigor. This position also supports senior leadership with ad hoc analysis and data-backed recommendations on strategic initiatives. Work Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Availability: Full time

Qualifications * Strong analytical skills and proven experience in data analytics to derive insights from complex and varied datasets. * Solid foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression, and sampling methodologies. * Proficiency in data modeling, including designing, implementing, and optimizing data structures for analysis and reporting. * Effective communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences. * Experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Power BI, Tableau or similar) is highly beneficial. * Background in market research, business intelligence, or technology-focused analytics is an advantage. * Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline); advanced degree is a plus. * Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
