Responsibilities * Support * Install, Configure, Manage and Support SAP S/4 HANA 2020, 1909, 1809, 1709, 1610, 1511, 1503, ERP6.0 EHP, Process Orchestrator, BW, BPC, NetWeaver FIORI/Gateway, Solution Manager, Web Dispatcher, Content Server, Adobe Document Services, Business Objects and Java Based NetWeaver Products like Enterprise Portal * Install, configure and Monitor HANA, Oracle, DB2, Sybase and MSSQL Database * AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Hyperscaler Migration project experience (private to public, public to private) as well as regular operation and project support * Perform technical upgrade procedures and S/4 Migrations projects using NZDT methodologies. * SAP System Copies execution * Administer, manage and support SAP clients. * Day-to-Day system monitoring of a 3 tier SAP landscape. * Define and implement Standards, Systems Architecture, runbooks and monitoring Infrastructure. * Provide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or infrastructure to associates or third parties to maintain their productivity level * Performance troubleshooting advanced skills at application, OS and Database Levels * Work very closely with other project consultants (Project Management, Functional, Security, Development, Automation) * Implementation and support in SAP Cloud Platform, Cloud Connector, Cloud SSO * Responsible for the setup and maintenance of customer systems * Works on Incidents, Requests, Changes, and Problem Management * Major incidents and escalations management * Problem Resolutions and Incident Reports * Standard Operations Procedure documentation creation, update and maintenance * Perform backup and recovery using database tools. * Advance Database Administration * Quarterly Health checks reports creation, implementation plan and execution. * Enhance monitoring based on repetitive events and provide permanent solutions. * Knowledge based articles creation and continuous updates to ensure consistency and quality. * Customer and Internal communication during Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents * Weekly / Biweekly meetings with Customer Success Managers, Principals and Technical Leaders * Monthly SAP Security review on the landscape and when applies to provide guidance to customer. * Monthly SAP Early Watch Analysis and create implementation plan * System Performance and Database Tunning * 10+ Year SAP BASIS experience with SAP ERP or S/4HANA support or operation tasks * 10+ Year SAP BASIS experience with SAP JAVA support or operation tasks * AS-Java (can be a Portal Java, PO Java, etc) experience. * Strong DBA Skills (Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, HANA, SYBASE) * Strong OS Skills (Windows and Linux SLES or Linux REDHAT) * Strong networking skills * Experience with S/4HANA conversion process. * Experience in Implementing Java Support Package Upgrades * Experience in SSO based on SAML authentication. * SAP Readiness Check report implementation plan creation and execution * Experience in FIORI deployment options * Strong communication and time management skills * Experience with multi-tasking between projects * Must possess traits of dependability, reliability, task-oriented and focused, ability to create 'cookbook', “SOP” and methodology (S/4H Conversion methodology) * Consultant must show independence, ability to follow through with tasks to completion, willingness to take initiative where required S/4HANA Conversion experience. * Experience in cloud-based Fiori implementations with focus on a hybrid S/4 landscape * Experience in Focused Run 2.0 and above * Experience creating FIORI catalogs, Tiles, Front-end and Back-end security roles. * Experience in implementing different SAP authentication scenarios for traditional ABAP, Java and Gateway systems/applications using Kerberos, SAML and. * Experience with UI5 and the structures of UI5 applications * Experience with hosting Fiori on Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure Cloud Services Work Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Availability: Full time
