Roles & Responsibilities:
* Graduate degree (Science or Engineering)
* 7\-10\+ years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.
* Willingness to travel for short\- and long\-term durations.
* Minimum 10 years of IT and SAP development experience relevant to the role.
* Flexibility to work in shifts if required by the project.
* High attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and provide constructive code\-review feedback.

Requirements
Key skills required
* 4\-6 years of IT experience with strong exposure to Indirect Procurement processes
* Hands\-on experience with SAP Ariba modules (Buying \& Invoicing, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle \& Performance, SCC \& Commerce Automation preferred)
* Solid understanding of Ariba Source\-to\-Contract (S2C) and Procure\-to\-Pay (P2P) processes
* Experience with Ariba integrations (e.g., Cloud Integration Gateway, ERP integration, master data, supplier enablement)
* Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies is a plus
